2. Subscription Billing
- Clients are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Invoices are auto-generated and shared via email
3. Refund Eligibility
We issue full or partial refunds under these conditions:
- Technical failure on our platform causing complete inaccessibility.
- Duplicate or erroneous billing.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refund for unused days in an active subscription.
- No refund for user errors or institution-side mismanagement.
- No refund for annual subscriptions after 15 days unless platform failure occurs.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
- Credited to the original method of payment.
6. Termination by Us
