Clear answers to common questions about using ParikshaPro for library and study center management.

ParikshaPro is designed for easy setup. We provide step-by-step instructions and our support team is available to assist with any questions.

Visit www.parikshapro.com or open the app and follow these steps:

  1. Click Register Your Library, create your Library ID, and complete signup via OTP or signup with Google.
  2. Login using your Library ID and credentials or with a Google account.
  3. Create your Office first by clicking the + Add Office button under the Office tab.
  4. Add Shift(s) by clicking the + Add Shift button under the Shift tab of the respected office.
  5. Go to the Students tab and click + Add Student to create student profiles.
  6. Allocate seat/locker and enter payment details using the ₹ Payment icon under the Students tab of the respected student.
  7. View payment receipts under the Students tab by clicking the Info or Payment icon under Action, then select View History → receipt(under Action).
  8. To manage expenses, go to the Expenses tab and click Add Expense.

There is no concept of cancelling a subscription. If payment is done then it could be used till expiry date and then payment is required to gain access.

Security is our top priority & we are not able to see your credentials as it is encrypted. We use enterprise-grade encryption, regular security audits, and daily encrypted backups. Your data is protected with industry-leading security measures.

To reallocate a seat:

  • Go to the 'Seat Reallocate' option under the "Action" (three dots) menu in the Student tab, and reallocate the seat number (if the provided seat number is available).
  • Alternatively, you can go to the 'Seat Allocation' tab and select the booked seat number for reallocation.

To reallocate a locker:

  • Go to the 'Locker Reallocate' option under the "Action" (three dots) menu in the Student tab, and reallocate the locker number (if the provided locker number is available).
  • Alternatively, you can go to the 'Locker Allocation' tab and select the booked locker number for reallocation.

Yes, you can download or send the payment receipt directly to the student’s registered WhatsApp number by clicking the WhatsApp icon next to the student’s record under Last Payment Details / View History.

Yes! You can set both the library name and logo by going to the Settings section and updating the information there.

To view the seat or locker payment receipt:

  • Go to the Info or Payment icon under the Action column in the Students tab, click on it to View History, and open the receipt from the Action options.

To view the registration payment receipt:

  • Click the three dots (⋮) under the Action column in the Students tab and select Registration Receipt from the menu.

To create shifts in ParikshaPro Library software, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Shift tab and click the "+ Add Shift" button.
  2. Define time slots using the 24-hour format (e.g., 10:00 to 14:00).
  3. Create individual shifts such as:
    • Shift A: 06:00 to 10:00
    • Shift B: 10:00 to 14:00
    • Shift C: 14:00 to 18:00
    • Shift D: 18:00 to 22:00
  4. Assign shift amounts (fees) to each shift.
  5. Save each shift after entering the details.

Here's how to map client-defined shifts to created shifts during seat allocation:

Go to the Students tab and click the Payment icon (₹) under the Action column for the respective student. Then, fill in the required details:

  • Office Name
  • Shift Name
  • Amount
  • Seat Number
  • Payment Type
  • Amount (editable if needed)
  • Payment Mode
  • Payment Date
  • Allocate Seat From and Allocate Seat Till

After entering all details correctly, click the Save button to complete the allocation with the payment entry.

The student attendance feature is currently not available, but we're continuously working to enhance ParikshaPro and may include it in future updates based on user needs.

Currently, there is no dedicated discount feature in the system. However, you can manually adjust the Amount. field while filling out the payment details, as it is fully editable. This allows you to apply custom discounts for specific students as needed.

Yes, the system will include a “Due” feature in the payment details section, allowing you to easily track partial payments and manage pending balances. Once the remaining payment is received, you can mark it as cleared. This feature is currently available on the web and will be added to the mobile application soon.

In per seat pricing, “seat” refers to the total number of seats configured in your library software. When setting up your office, you specify the total number of seats available.Billing is based on this configured seat count — even if the number of students exceeds the seat count in certain months.

Currently, the software requires an active internet connection to function and does not support offline usage.

Yes, we are actively designing a role-based access system that will allow different permissions for admins and users. This feature is expected to be available within the next two months.

To unallocate a seat:

  • Go to the 'Seat Unallocate' option under the "Action" (three dots) menu in the Student tab, and unallocate the seat number.
  • Alternatively, you can go to the 'Seat Allocation' tab and select the booked seat number for unallocation.

Yes! You can view a list of all students with pending payments on the Dashboard and directly renew their seat or allocation from there.

Yes! Go to the Advanced Search option (under the three horizontal lines in the Students tab) and set the Search by Status filter to Deleted and click search student.

You can also refine your search using other filters such as Search by Office, Locker, Seat Number, Shift, or Registration Date Range.

Once located, you can rejoin the student using the available Rejoin option under the Action (three dots) menu.

Go to the Payments tab to view all student payment details.

To filter by specific criteria—such as student name, office, locker, payment type, year, month, or payment date range—click the three horizontal lines to open the Advanced Search under the Payments tab, set your filters, and then click the Search Payment button.

Go to the Seat Allocation or Locker Allocation section, select an available seat or locker number (indicated in green for availability), and assign it directly without entering payment details.

When the student makes the payment, you can later enter the payment details from the Students tab by clicking the Payment icon (₹) under the Action column of the respective student.

Alternatively, you can also update the payment directly from the Dashboard under the Pending Due List section.

Currently, due alerts can be shared with students through the WhatsApp sharing feature. You can conveniently send individual due reminders by clicking the WhatsApp icon next to each student’s record — available under the Dashboard in the Web version and under Home in the Mobile App.

Yes!,You can use it on multiple devices.

Currently, the system does not include an SMS notification feature. However, we are planning to introduce a WhatsApp-based notification system in the future, which will provide an efficient and modern way to communicate with students and staff.

Yes, this feature is available on the Web, allowing you to generate custom seat and locker numbers. It will also be available soon in the Mobile App.

Yes, the data export feature is currently available. At present, you can export data in Excel format, while CSV and PDF export options are being considered for future updates.

Currently, a standard API is not available. However, API integration can be provided on a request basis and is offered as a premium(chargeable) feature. This allows you to connect the software with your website or other systems as needed.
